The hotel staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations, this proved invaluable.
The bathroom lacked a shelf near the sink, I found it a bit inconvenient.

i appreciated the location because many restaurants were accessible. shops that i needed were nearby. the room was also very clean. housekeeping services were efficient, and i was happy with their attention to detail.
The noise from the street was noticeable. It made it slightly difficult to fall asleep at times.

The location was near the railway station. The rooftop pool was relaxing. I found decent eateries locally. Fish places next door are GREAT.

Fantastic Stay!
ideal location security service great staff
I found the location ideal! The hotel is near many shops, restaurants and cafés, made exploring very convenient. The 24-hour security also gave me peace of mind, as the area felt quite safe. I will definitely book again.
The reception staff was not very helpful when I had a complaint early in the morning, the receptionist was sleeping on the couch in front of the hotel and they spoke in Arabic in front of the guest.

Breakfast included a reasonable selection. Most guests should find something appealing. The breakfast room had seating for approximately 40 people and was restocked regularly, so I never experienced long waits. There was fresh fruit, pastries and hot options.

The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape with about fifteen lounge chairs. The hotel featured a small gym on the second floor, equipped with two treadmills and free weights. I saw the pool was cleaned every morning.

My room had a balcony, a mini-fridge, and a television with international channels! The shower maintained a consistently hot temperature with good water pressure. I thought the room had enough space to comfortably accommodate two people.
